The workshop is aimed at pre-professional and professional dancers with experience in contemporary dance, floorwork, and fast-paced movement material.

Beyond a specific technique, Sadé and Alleyne Dance offer a space for curiosity, exchange, and collaboration, bringing together artists from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and styles.

The practice is physically rigorous but does not rely on the concept of a single body type or a single way of moving. The material can be adapted and explored in various ways, respecting each participant's individual capabilities. Bring your focus, musicality, physical commitment, and curiosity.
