Grace Okereke

Grace is Founder, CEO and Executive Producer of Uprise Rebel , a company that supports black female artists, administrators and audiences. She has been in the dance sector for eighteen years delivering on a wide range of activities, predominately on a national, pan-European and international level. Grace works across performance productions, touring, fundraising & strategic development & has worked with such names as: Luca Silvestrini’s Protein Dance, High Hearted Theatre (Theatre) Mayuri Boonham | ATMA Dance, One Dance UK, Rambert, Greenwich Dance, East London Dance, The Body Narratives (multi-disciplinary arts) & more. Grace has a wealth of knowledge in managing, producing and supporting artists and organisations, as well as mentoring artists and producers.

Grace currently serves as an associate lecturer at University of East London, is one of three UK Fellows with ISPA (International Society for Performing Arts), a member of IETM and sits on various panels including Dance4 ’s International Showcasing Advisory Group.
